1.2. The rental period begins on the date the equipment is picked up or delivered and ends on the date the equipment is returned to the voice mail in good condition.

 

1.3. Late returns may incur additional fees as outlined in our pricing and fees schedule.

 

2. Reservation and Payment

 

2.1. Reservations for audio guest book rentals must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

 

2.2. Payment for the rental services must be made in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed upon with the voice mail

 

2.3. We accept payment via our booking system, we except all major cards

 

3. Equipment Use

 

3.1. The rented equipment remains the property of the voice mail at all times.

 

3.2. You agree to use the equipment in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

 

3.3. Any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear will result in repair or replacement charges.

 

4. Liability

 

4.1. The voice mail is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our equipment.

 

4.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the voice mail from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the rented equipment.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
